3300mxe embedded analoge card

I am having a few problems with 3300's not recognising the embedded card, Has anyone else had any problems. We have tried different cards as well as new software load. I have several units loaded on the same software and a couple dont see the card.

As of rel 7 you now have to add the embedded card in software before it will function. Have you programmed it in the ANALOG SERVICES UNIT CONFIG form?
