I have a site with a 3300Mxe and using Ascom IP DECT as a cordless solution.

This site experiences intermittent issues where the Ascom cordless extensions only have voice one way i.e. the external caller can hear but the receiver (Ascom Cordless)cannot. Fixed handsets are not affected. Once the problem presents, a reboot is required to restore sanity.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Any ideas/theories/information appreciated.

Be sure you have programmed a button for the dect phone
That button must be a keyline of it's own extension

Then be sure that only "replace system based with device based in-call features" and "Suppress use of SDP inactive media streams" are turned on and the rest is off

This is done in "sip device capabillities assigment !
