3300mx rel 6.1 cli problem 1

Greetings fellow mitel supporters!

We have just recently installed a mitel 3300mx controller on one of our sites and our customer would like for us to configure the 3300 so that the ddi number shows on outgoing calls. The system is on a euro isdn30 and the network provider has enabled their isdn for cli.

I am a little green with the 3300 and any help on this would be most appreciated!

I am in North America and uncertain if the protocols are the same so take this for what it's worth.

If using an NSU you need to configure the CPN tables via IMAT.

With Embedded PRI there is a CPN form.

Just input the Extension and the Associated outbound Caller ID. Wildcard are allowed if the Extension and the OB Number match.

There is so much more, but this should get you started.
