Hotel application. Can wakeup calls be sent out to the same data location as smdr?

They can both be sent out the printer port on the front of the controller. You can only get one or the other if monitoring the IP Streaming Ports.

But could send each to a separate IP correct?

They are sent via streaming Data to separate telnet ports. In theory, you could have 1 device monitoring each port to have both arrive at one destination. Very similar to how Prairiefyre monitors SMDR and ACD streaming simultaneously.

Search the help for "steaming" to get the ports or "1753"

busster, to answer your question directly, yes they can. Go to Application Logical Port Assignment, set SMDR and Hotel logs to Continous (should be set there already by default) and change the port to LPR1 (that is the printer port on the front of the controller).
Now, any smdr or hotel log info is going to that port. It can be collected via a standard RS-232 cable straight from the port, or by having a telnet application stream the data from port 1754.
Port 1753 is just for hotel logs, 1752 is for SMDR. 1754 is what ever is directed to LPR1, hope this clears things up a bit.
