This time I'm asking questions, instead of answering them.

I've got 5 3300ICP's providing service at my main site, which have E1 trunks to 4 SX-2000's. The 2K's, in turn, are connected to PRI's for PSTN traffic as well as Q.SIG links to an Avaya Definity. We are set up to use embedded MOH. MOH works fine internally (within 1 3300), between 3300's, and between sets on the 3300's and the Avaya. However, any calls on the PRI's do NOT hear MOH, just silence. Any ideas on what I'm missing here?

Figured it out. I needed to enable COS option "Local Music on Hold source" on the set COS.

I have discovered that the MOH source is not necessarily the local system.

e.g. Site B calls Site A. Site A places call on hold. Site B phone is presented MOH from Site B system (Not site A as you might expect)

This happened to me in a clustered environment with 10 sites. I found I had to update the MOH on all sites for interoffice calls to play MOH properly.
