We have two sites, one in the states and one off-shore connected via IP Trunks. When dialing into our main number, we can dial either site no problem with 5 digit dialing. If someone 0's out or waits, the offshore operator will answer. They then ask to be transferred to their repective party.
Our problem is that when calls that are transferred back across the link try to go to the Busy or No Answer destination, which is our VM pilot, we hear the Operator mailbox at the off shore location, and not our voicemail boxes.
When calling inbound and we get the U.S. operator (they are in a networked hunt group) and they transfer a call, we get the voicemail box as normal.
I've checked the forward delay timers but can't see where this is not working. One item I will try to resolve is that both sites use the same vm pilot number for the voicemail, so I will change it to see if changing it will affect things. Thanks for any advice.
