3300ICP and SIP Phone - No extern call

On my 3300Mxe, I have configured a Aastra 480i SIP phone. It's working for internal calls and it receives calls but I'm not able to make an extern call or using my voicemail(8000), when I try it, I have a "call failed". I change the Dial plan in the phone but I have always the error.

My cor is good and accept external call...

Someone have an idea?!?!
