3300 with MBG sip trunks 1

Hi All,
I have a issue with SIP Trunks on Mitel 3300 with MBG. We have a SIP trunk that was working for more than 6 months , then all of a sudden it just stop working.
I spoke with the CO they said we are sending the private IP address rather than the public address in the from field.
The trace below is what was sent from the CO.
How can I change <sip:110027@10.111.4.194:5060> to <sip:110027@24.xx.xxx.xxx:5060> which is my public address?

On the MBG, change the Network Profile to custom. Set the ICP address to your MBG local IP address, and set the set side IP to your public IP address.

Try again and take a trace.
