I am trying to emulate some SX200 functionality on a 3300 with no success. I have the latest software on the 3300.
Specifically, the 200 has a COS option "do not forward on transferred calls". This allows all calls to forward to voicemail except those that are transfered from the console. the transfered calls from console recall after a timer.
I have tried everything in my so called bag of tricks with no success.
I'll be honest and say I went into this thinking it couldn't be done so my preconceptions may be affecting my ability to be creative.
I am looking for new ideas OR confimation that this is impossible.
