3300: Software Log - Outgoing/Incoming Call issues?

Hi,

We are experiencing phone line issues with our Local and Long distance carriers now.
We can't dial out Toll-Free numbers and now issues with certain local numbers.
Then, we are having issue with some long distance numbers outgoing and incoming calls from long distance users.

We have 2 Support Requests Cases/tickets created:
1. ATT
2. Local carrier - TDS.

Was wondering if there is anything I can do to help clear any errors or make sure our 3300Mxe is clear to make calls when Local & Long distance - TDS/ATT fixes our issues.

The system's Alarm Status is Major now.
Here are some of the software log errors:

Call Control Software CPRADP: Unable to free requests rx chnl.

Call Control Software CPRADP: Unable to free requests tx chnl.

Call Control Software CHNL:free_specific_channel:invalid channel owner; CALLER = cpradp


Is there anything I can do - but wait?
