Hi,

We have just received new SIP trunks from Bandwidth.com and are having trouble configuring the trunks.

When an incoming call is presented to the 3300 it responds with a 404 not found".

The trunks seem to be set up correctly on the 3300, the only difference I see in the initial invite is an addition of a '+' before the telephone number.

Any ideas.

you need to list the numbers, or number ranges you wish the Mitel to answer calls for, in:
SIP peer profile assignment by incoming DID
the numbers you enter here should be the complete numbers (as seen in SIP debug) and numbers here do not take into account any digits you are absorbing in the 'trunk attributes'

eg, even if you absorb 5 digits (the first 5 digits) to make the incoming numbers match a speedcall, enter the full number here

Thanks, we went through the settings in the Mitel - Bandwidth.com config guide and we are all up and running!
