3300 playing wrong moh wav.file

In a 3300LX with 9.03 it is playing an incorrect MOH message.
It only shows 1 wav file and that file has the correct title, but when I call in I get an older message that has the wrong company name in it. Any ideas?

Changing MOH files shouldn't require a reboot, but perhaps there is a problem with that load. Have you tried that?

Standalone system? If not could the music source be coming from another system (Cluster?)

Could be worth to ftp to the controller and remove the older MoH file ? Then re-upload the new one. I had an issue once where the embedded disk space was not free even though I deleted the files via web management. When I ftp to my box I saw the files where still present and I had to delete them manually.
