I ininherited a switch that is using Analog trunks that ring into Multicall Keys. The switch is running MCD sw 5.0. The customer wants me to set it up to have the incoming calls on the analog trunks to go to voicemail after 6 rings but to leave the individual phones to forward after 4. Where do i separate the multicall from the sets since it's a logical extension in order to reroute it to vm after 6 rings?

There is also a single line programmed on one of the phones that I can't delete that they want gone. I know it's probably something simple or stupid that I'm missing.

The multicall key gets its settings from the first phone it is programmed on. One way to manage this is to program an actual station and then associate the keys. It does not matter if the station is used.

As to the key you are trying to delete, details are important, type of key, error message when delete attempted are minimums
