3300 Number display on fwd'd incoming to outgoing calls

ISDN PRI Trunks on NSU

My IT Tech wants to forward his desk set to his cell.

Anyone calling his local from another local will see his cell Number (does not want cell number advertised)

I've tried using System speed call (still Displays number)

I've tried naming the speed call (still Displays number)

I've tried setting the name to private (system refused)

Can't figure fwd to personal speedcall if at all possible

Probably can manipulate ARS to modify digits but there's got to be an easier way.

Anyone?
