3300 Music on Hold

Hi, I am uploading a new MOH audio file (embedded source) and need to keep a copy of the original, I'm guessing I need to use an FTP client to extract this and it will be a .vox file, does anybody know where to locate this file/folder in the 3300, thanks

Try under /db/eMOH/

if you download this file you will need to convert it as it is a 'RAW' file and you will not be able to play or upload it.

Get a copy of NCH switch
Rename the file with a .raw extension
Use NCH switch to convert RAW file to WAV 8bit 8k mono mu-law
save file
try and play it if all is OK try and load it back on the controller any failures will mean the file is not in the correct format
