3300 Migrating DB between 3340 and 700 controllers

Just need to confirm my thinking.

Neither the 3300(3340) chassis or the 3300(700) chassis contain embedded analog modules.

This should mean that the DB is migratable without modification from the 3340 to the 700.

Can anyone either confirm or point out where I might have difficulties?
