3300 Loudspeaker Page key.

I am used to the page key on Mitel working as a "Push to Talk" button when programmed as a key on the phone.

I cannot remember the last time I tried this on a 3300 but I just discovered that on a 5340 the page key remains active after pressing and the user must manually disconnect.

Is this new, or has the 3300 always worked this way?

The helpfiles are not clear on this subject.

Loudspeaker page? Set page? They have always been active until hung up as far as I can remember. I've never set up the page feature key, have only used it as a feature access code so maybe that's why I've never seen the difference if there is one.
