We have an ip console that works just fine, unless a call goes to vm and the caller 0's out. The vm is at another site, when the console gets the call and try's to xfer to an extension, the gets cut off as soon as she hits the xfer key. All other xfer's work fine, if the same scenerio goes to an ip phone the call is xfered no problem. It is only a issue on the console. Any ideas????

Check system options for number of network hops.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

What is the path of the call? i.e does the call come into the 3300 with the console then route over IP trunks to the VM and then on "dial 0" come back across the IP trunks to the console? When it comes into and IP phone and works where is the IP phone, and how does it get back to the console? Need a few more details.

The number of network hops is set to 10 at both sites. The console resides at site A, Nupoint site B. Call comes in on PRI site A rings ext 3004, call goes to nupoint Site B, the caller presses 0. Caller is xfered back to IP console at site A, she then trys to xfer call to another ext. When she releases the call the caller is hung up on. If we change the 0 destination to a phone in site A instead of the console there's no problem. We set the console cos to the same cos as the phone that works it didn't make a difference.
