After a disk failure, I had to reinstall all the software. The problem happens when no one of the more than three years backups works. The message of the Mitel after all file copy and deleting process has ended is this:

unable to open /sysro/install/3300Upgrade_State.txt
Unable to read 3300Upgrade_State.txt

Enter one of: Yes, No
Warning: Data being restored is incompatible with current load. Restore?(yes/no

When I write "Yes" I get the following answer:
Yes
undefined symbol: Yes
->

Anybody knows ho to solve this? What means that the Data being restored is incompatible with current load?

What load was the system before it failed?
What load is the system now?
Have you relicensed the system after installing the new load?

you will also need to reapply the cert fix if its an older version

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

It looks like you didn't apply the certificate fix and then re-license it.

odd that you're even having to manually type YES in that entry... the system should do that on its own.

Agree with kwbMitel.
You mentioned that the backup was from 3 years ago. Do you know what SW version was on the system then?

What is the SW loaded before the data corruption?
