3300 - FEC Compatible ??

I've just set up adapter teaming on one of our servers using 2 HP Server NIC's. I'd like to use the Fast Ethernet Option but it states it requires a FEC Compatible Switch such as a Cisco. Is a 3300 FEC Compatible?
