3300 embedded voice mail

I am having trouble accessing a tree mailbox to change the verbage in 1 segment? It appears to be blocked and the administrator passcode is correct ,but it will not let me modify the verbage.

are you loging into the admin mailbox or the mailbox of the message? If this is MLAA then you will need to log into the mailbox of the option in MLAA assignment
