3300 CXi V7.0 Individual Music On Hold For Departments

I have a customer with a 3300 CXi with one ISDN30 circuit, the system is currently running 7.0.

They have music on hold with marketing messages relating to one side of their businesses products. However, these messages aren't relavent to other parts of their company, so they have asked if different departments can have different music on holds sources.

I understand you could possibly have this with the Tenanting option, but my question is whether they would have to separate their external ISDN lines as well?? They all come under the same company name and have direct lines in the same range. Their billing is also not separated. It's just the music on hold that would need to be different.

For Hard Hold (red Key) tenating is the only option.

Tenating does not require restrictions between tenants so all can access the same trunk group.
