I Have a Mitel 3300 ICP cluster, 2 x 3300 MX controllers.
Site 1 IP subnet 10.1.11.2 255.255.0.0
Site 2 IP Subnet 10.2.11.2 255.255.0.0
I am installing the 5550IP console on to site 1. The problem I have is that once I have installed the software onto the designated PC and run the configuration wizard I see in the log viewer that the keypad is picking up the correct IP address, however the problam I am having is that the console software always sees site 2 as its primary controller (10.2.11.2) and site 1 as its secondary controller, and will only attempt to register with the primary controller. The only way I can get it to work is to edit the systemsettings.cfg file. Once I restart the console software the above file that I edit reverts back to the 10.2.11.2 address.
Does anyone have any clue to what is causing the console to revert to the site 2 controller?
thank you in advance
Ian
