3300 CXiII, MCD 5.0
System has Basic Rate trunks with an in-dial range associated. I have set up CPN Substitution indexes for valid extensions and a default CPN for other numbers on these trunks.
However, if an external caller calls an extension, and that extension forwards on to an external device (say a mobile), the number that gets presented is the default CPN of the trunk, not the CPN index assigned to that extension. From doing traces it seems that the Mitel is trying to pass the original external caller's CLID as the CLID for the second call, and the telco here won't allow it.
How do I turn this behaviour off so that when a call is forwarded from the Mitel to an external number, it presents the CPN assigned to the forwarding extension?
Note: this also affects extensions set up with Dynamic Extensions.
Thanks
