3300 AX - Only half the onsp cards are showing in card assignment

Have a weird one,

Have a 3300 AX (MCD 4,0sp1), fully populated with 12 x 24 port ONSP cards and only the first 6 cards are showing as installed under the installed device collumn of card assignment form..... Chassis has two power supplies installed and powered on. No system alarms. Cards are showing as powered up.

This is a new system, no users assigned yet. Licensed up with 288 analog licenses.

Any clues as to where to start looking???

You could try the a bootrom upgrade
On a AX controller this also upgrades the ONS cards so if the cards are on a lower firmware it may be the issue
Warning issuing the 'upgradebootrom all' will require the AX controller to be rebooted regardless of whether or not it is required.
You should see all the LED's light on all the cards

Arrrr, forgot about firmware and upgradebootrom all command....Make sense, probably the issue.

Sometimes the obvious is right in front of your nose and you can't see it.
