3300 AX - None of the ONSp cards are showing in card assignment

Hi all,
We have Mitel 3300 AX (P / N: 50006507) with 6 interface cards 24 port ONSp card (P / N: 50005731).
Under Card Assignment Control Panel, none of 6 cards are defined (in the Installed Card Type column shows No Card). Cards are showing as powered up. Tried on versions MCD 6.0 SP3 and MCD 7.2.
Where is the problem?
