does anyone know if there is a way to do this?
need a 9 inserted as the customer just wants to dial the telephone number.
guessing it can be done with some horrible ars changes but im presuming theres a simpler way?????

thanks in advance

Change ARS and remove the 9 and turn off the option ARS leading digit

sorry possibly a little vague.
I want to do this on a per device basis, not system wide.
Im guessing the only way is via creating a load of new ars entries.
Asking the question because i remember in the 3100 (good old days!) there was a hotdial or hotline form.
Curious whether that was dragged over to the 3300 but renamed as something else??

Sorry see i did read it wrong :)

What you can try is to make a hotline for this
You do this in "Associated directory number assigment"

But i tried this lately and did not work on the fax

yes that was the only way i could think of, then possibly add a tone plan to give a pause for the dialing of the actual number
