Hi All, have a very (hopefully) straightforward request to set up an AA, I/C call digits 8000 is Always re-routed to VM, greeting is recorded and plays fine. Mailbox for 8000 is setup as an Menu Node and in the Multi line Auto Attendant form for 8000, digits 1 is a mailbox I have created for 8001 (transfer only) that is a key on the operator console. This appears to be working as expected. The query I have is this, if the caller does not press any keys the message plays 3 times followed by the system greeting "please wait a moment, your call is being transferred to 8001" is it possible to change the number of times this plays, and is it possible to disable the system message so the caller will hear the recorded greeting for Mailbox 8000 once only then be put straight to the operator console without hearing the system greeting?

Many thanks in advance,

System is a 3300 with 9.0.3.15

I've played with this a few times looking for the same answer. It does not appear so. There is nothing in programming that allows you to change the number of times the message plays before transfer.

I'd be curious however, if there is some very low level debug that that would allow you to make that change. Hopefully someone else may know.
