The record-a-call function works well in all but one phone. (5020IP in TW mode)

I suspect the user of hitting the "erase" button before the call ends and I'm hoping that someone can either tell me how to disable this button or let me know what log to look at to discover if this button had been pressed.

TIA

I had one way Audio issues with TW sets that were using conferencing (Very much like record a call)

the Solution was to add the IP address of the TW phone in the Local Networks on the TW Server.

Okay - but this is just one phone out of the many that are used in TW mode... All others are working perfectly. I've just gone through and looked for any differences in the programming in that phone from the others and I can't find any.

I'm pretty much convinced that the user is hitting "erase"...
