Good day All, I am trying to free up some ip licenses on the 3300 by deleting some old agent phones. The problem is I cant delete anything as I continually get "Agent Logged In." The agent is indeed not logged in and the phone is no longer in existance. I deleted the agent numbers off of the 6110 but still have the same problem on the 3300. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. AJK

My kneejerk guess here is that you're going to have to reprogram what you've undone and reconnect the phones, then go to each phone and log it out.

Once you've done that then you can go into the set assignment form and change the "ACD SET" yes/no column to "NO"

Then you can delete them.

thanks very much MItelInMyBlood and Happy New Year to You!

Just a thought

Have you looked at the help file and looked at the maintenance commands? The reason I ask is there are commands you can use to see what is logged in and against what ext if you simply make 1 of you current ip sets an acd phojne again you maybe able to loging/out or evenuse additional maintenance commands to do this worth ago.

If the site uses Mitai, then you should possibly be able to log the agent out via the application. Otherwise, you will have to reconnect the sets, and then log the agent out.

This might be possible, but it occurs to me that might also be forcing the machine to perform some action that is otherwise blocked by virtue of the current state of deprogramming.

I'd want to tread real lightly here.
The last thing you want to end up doing is corrupting your database.
I've been down that road and the recovery process ain't pretty.

Happy New Year And Thank You All for your help. Yes, MitelInMyBlood there is nothing worse than a corrupted switch. Thanks for the heads up. AJK

I personally have had this problem. it happens when agents are logged into a set and the set is disconnected and deleted.

you need to recreate that set with the exact dn number, log off the agent and then you'll be able to delete the agent id. use your maintenance commands to see where the agents are "logged" in.

and if you have Mitai with your call centre software you could log them out via the web interface.
