32 bit Windows Office 2010 Professional 1

Following on from my previous post I also have a legal copy of 32 bit Windows Office 2010 Professional. Will this run under 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. The reason for the questions are the 32 bit DVDs are legacy from another project. The PC they were installed on suffered terminal disk failure and it was not worth getting another hard drive as it was 7 years old.
