There is nothing really complicated about installing 32-bit apps under Windows 2003 64-bit. If your application installs under 32-bit Windows it will install as well on 64-bit difference being the location of the program files and how it runs under the 32-bit subsystem (WOW32)
Only older apps sometimes don't run on x64 Windows, and if they crash or don't start, add them to the exclusion list for DEP (Data Execution Prevention), most of the time they will work.
