3101 phones auto-answering incoming calls 1

Hello everybody, I'm new here

I have some 3101 phones on NBX V3000 plataform, these phones activates the handsfree function (this model has this feature?) without user intervention, anyone know why? can be disabled?

You will need to xfer the user profile to a 3102 phone. then when the phone comes online, see if the handsfree button is already enabled, if so press the button to turn it off and then xfer the user profile back to a 3101 phone. I have seen this happen with the ring to voicemail button.
