3100 ICP incoming/outgoing CLI?

Can anyone tell me how to configure this please? After looking through the options, I can't work it out :(

We have two ISDN BRIs on the system. BT have disabled outgoing CLI on these, but the 3100 must enable it, as the CLI is sent on outgoing calls. However, I have an 0870 number that I want the system to send instead of the actual ISDN number. We do not have DDI.

Also, incoming CLI does not get displayed even though BT insist it's enabled.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
