*31 Call Rejected

Just upgraded to IP office 4.1 (15) at the weekend and since then *31 (call pickup group) has stopped working. All phones get a dead tone but the digital handsets display call rejected disconnected.

Any ideas?

I have checked the config and it setup in the exact same fashion as other shortcodes that are working.

Try a power down reboot. I had to do this to get a pickup working before after an upgrade, if that does not work make a new shortcode or try call pickup members instead.

Yep that worked would rather have retained *31 though. The pitfalls of jumping about 3 versions I suppose!

You can just swap the shortcodes over so it is still *31 just the feature changes.
