308 module

How do you determine which 308 module you have installed in a system. How can you tell the difference between a version 1 and version 2 module.

I am not sure what info you are looking for but a 308 stands for 3 co lines and 8 extensions or stations. To find out the version look at the module and under the led light you will see R. something. Now to find out what station or extension you will have to give us more info. Do you have a 2 slot carrier or a 5 slot carrier? What are the modules from left to right? And in a 5 slot carrier the processor is in the middle.

Thanks, but I am using the fax feature and the manual saids you need to have a 308 rel 2 module in slot one. I was just wondering how you can tell the difference

If you use the Avaya PC software (Remote Access)I beleive that it tells you in the Maintenance mode each card model and rev.
