Partner 308 version 5 system all partner 18Ds Euro style.



Message wait lights and program buttons don’t work right on the phones…



Station 12 no light ever comes on

Station 10 the light flickers on and off for station 13 on the programmed button.



I have reset the system and replaced the VM card.

When you do a "feature zero zero" at the exts in question, what do the buttons say? Touch the buttons and see what the display says. Are they correct? Sounds like you may have buttons labeled one thing but they are actually another. This happens a lot when people decide to move their own phones. You may need to re-program the buttons on the phones. If you need help with this let us know.

If this isn't the case, what do the phones do when they are plugged directly into the control unit?

Is it a Partner Messaging PC Large or Small? If so what voicemail ports are programmed in #505 group 7? If only 78 and 79 are assigned did you do a factory default on the voicemail?If so, temporarily program speed dial buttons for extension 78 and 79 and monitor the lights when you access voicemail.
Extension 79 turns the message waiting light on and off.
Usually extension 79 likes to lockup at the initial setup of the voicemail, not allowing the message waiting lights to operate correctly. A factory default of the voicemail usally corrects this problem.

Also what do you mean "Station 10 the light flickers on and off for station 13 on the programmed button." Are you talking about a busy lamp field on ext 10 for ext 13 or messaging waiting light on ext 10 for 13.
