Dose Avaya have anything out that is newer looking than the 20-year old 302D1 console that will do the same job?

There's a PC console solution - can't recall the new name. The original solution was great - our receptionists loved it. But when the PC goes down (and they seem to more than a real console), you will want a back-up solution.

Any location where we are moving to an enterprise platform and all 9650s, we are removing the console and placing a 9650 there w/a couple of expansion modules - so far, so good.

I'd also recommend the 9650's. They can be more flexible then the old consoles. The soft consoles we've installed have been nothing but trouble, even with Avaya's assistance, there has been alot of issues. We've had 2 customers that have pulled them out and istalled 9650's.
