I can't remember for sure but I think it worked with the Avaya overlays. I might have taped the template to a regular sheet of paper. Before I used this I had a spreadsheet for printing.
They also sell overlays to replace the Avaya versions. That allows you to put a company logo on the template to replace the Avaya logo.
Always test on blank paper and hold it up to the template before printing the template.
