3005 to BEFVP41

I have a 3005 concentrator and a Linksys BEFVP41. I would like to build a tunnel from the Linksys to the Concentrator. I have configured a Lan-to-Lan IPSEC connections on the concentrator and configure the linksys to match, but I am unable to make a connection. I've tried several different combination but I nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
