3000 emails in queue

We are running Exchange 2003 with SP2. In our OWA Front End server, there are over 3,000 emails. They are sent from postmaster@chicagotech.net. We don’t have this mailbox. So I deleted them manually. Why do we have these mails in the queue and how can we delete them automatically?

I don't have an answer, but I'm curious as to how one views the 'inbound' queue?

If it is the outbound queue, it looks like a workstation in your domain has a mass email worm that is relaying off your exchange servers. Can you post the header of one of the emails?
