300# to voicemail not working

Over the weekned I swapped a couple of phones and this morning on Monday users couldn't login to their voicemail because their passwords weren't working. I rebooted the server and now it's working when they press their voicemail button on their phones. However, I used to use the shortcut 300# to take me to the voicemail, but now it's asking me for a password and I've tried 1234 and 0000. Anyone know where I can look to fix this? I don't see a 300 extension anywhere so I'm guess it must be a shortcut somewhere.

I would be looking in the Manager program under short codes. But it seems like there is some information missing from your explanation of what you're doing. Is 300# an access to a hunt group vm box or something?

I am getting old. There was a short code for 300 and not 300#. 300# was looking for a mailbox. [SOLVED]
