30-60 sec. delay when launching WP10 on Win 2K

I'm testing corel Office 2002 on a Windows 2000 Pro Platform. The problem that I am running into is that WordPeferct 10 is taking anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds to launch. All the other apps in the suite launch withing 3 seconds. I have all the latest service packs on both Corel and Windows and it is still taking a long time to launch. I have searched the Corel and MicroSoft knowledge bases and have not found any solutions. Has anyone out there come accross this problem? If so, is there a fix or work around.
