I have a 3300 ICP ver 7.0. 3 way conferencing is not working, while I can establish a 3 way conferenc call, party A can hear Party B, Party B can hear C, party C can hear A.

I have checked class of Service for the phone sets and the PRI trunk. Both have conference call and public network to public network enabled. Is there another option I need to enable?

Very strange.

Can you tell us where all the people are.

e.g. Party A is external caller connected via PRI
Party B is Internal caller
Party C is internal caller on remote system connected via IP trunks.

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.

First try to default the cos of the trunks and sets make sure you turn on public access via dpnss and public to public.

If this does not resolve your issue your quad dsp could be bad we have had this happen a few times as the dsp is used for conference.

kwbmitel & M1tel thank you for your responses. Public access via dpnss was not enabled in COS of the trunk. I enabled it and now 3 way conferencing works.

thanks
