This is 3 times in a row. I haven't got a clean backup in a few days and I am getting nervous. When I open Arcserve after the job kicks off at night I come in to an active backup and it is always stuck on some file I cannot find on our Exchange 2000 server under the Arcserve temp directory called C232.CAT. I tried re-initilazing the database on Friday. It still gets hung on that file on our Exchange database and I need to kill the asrunjob.exe process in order to get Arcserve to respond. What is really frustrating is there is no error message in the log for me to track what the problem is. Please help!
