I'm working on an exchange 2010 HA setup and I haven't really played with 2010 much.

So I have 3 sites and 2 mailbox databases.
Site 1: Contains DB1 and all the users that need it.
Site 2: Contains DB2 and all the users that need it.
Site DR: I should contain both DB1 and DB2.

Not sure if it helps or not but I have a fourth site that doesn't use exchange at all.

All sites have 3 ipSec tunnels to the other sites.

My laptop is in for service so excuse my cheap ms paint digram

I wouldn't ever do a three site DAG. I'd do a two site DAG. What are the possibilities you're going to lose two sites? Even if you did, you'd lose quorum, so the DR site wouldn't be of much use, as the databases would dismount.

What's the latency between the sites?
