Please help...I have a definity G3 that a user of a 7410 phone gets 3 quick rings when he hangs up his phone. This is not always but more often than not. He is part of a UCD hunt group? We tried to deactivate auto call back which didn't help? What am I overlooking. This is driving him mad.

Three rings can be call back (trunk queing), auto-callback (the calling party would have to do this), you recieved a priority call (he would see who was calling him) to name the ones that come to mind immediately. If you have a newer switch do a "list trace extension {ext number}" and watch his phone. It will indicate what is happening.
