Last night went to a customer's home with Merlin 820D.
They have 3 incoming lines, some extensions had all 3 for line appearance, but on some extensions only L1 and L2 showed up, and on some other Extensions only L1 & L3? I slid programming switch to P and tried to do an automatic line selection procedure, but to no avail?
On a Partner ACS 509, I have tried numerous RCA plugs, and even shaved down the rubber insulation on a couple. MOH only works if I stand there and hold in RCA plug?
Is there a brand specific RCA plug that anybody knows about to help out this type of common problem?
if a customer has cloud based VOIP, can incoming calls queue up behind only one Extension?
