3 questions about pivot form

I have created a form in pivot table style. I have following issues:
1- I am not able to edit data in 'Details' section. I need to be able to edit data under cat columns.

2- When I open the form from a command button it opens in form view instead of pivot view. How can I make it open in pivot view?

3- I don't want Grand Total column and row. How can this be disabled?
Here is the layout of the form.

Title Cat1 Cat2 Cat3
XYZ 5.0 2.0 1.0
ABC 0.0 3.0 4.0
AKA 1.0 0.0 0.0
...

For question number 2: Go to the design view and set all views except pivot to no.
