3 pages in fax only

I have a Call Pilot 4 server setup with a fax buffering mailbox. I then have a DN setup as a phantom on the 81C with DCFW to the Call Pilot Multimedia messaging CDN.

When a call comes in it it answered with a fax tone correctly. However the sender can only send 3 pages and then the call times out.

In desktop messaging those three pages appear correctly.

In messaging management the value for the max. number of pages per fax is set to 50.

The mailbox has plenty of space

Any ideas?

I am wondering if this is a patch /PEP issue?

Check in the mailbox class of service under Max Call Answering Message Length. Make sure that there is enough time in that setting to allow the complete fax to come thru.
